Ideas needed

John and I are in charge of the Burton Family reunion this June and need some fun ideas for games we can play. We came up with a fun Family Feud night idea but that is as far as we have gotten. Anyone have suggestions for games for adults and kids to play together and/or separate? We estimate about 50 people will be there.

Are you familiar with the candybar game? It is a blast to play with people of all ages! Simple directions: wrap several candybars (20 or more) in newspaper, taping really well. Wrap them in 3 layers. PUt them all in a couple garbage sacks filled with crumpled newspaper. Have 2 of each: scarf, gloves, hat.

The game: Everybody sits in a circle with clothing items and garbage sacks in the center. Pass around 2 sets of dice in their own bowls. Each person rolls the dice then passes it on. When somebody gets doubles they run to the center of the circle, put on a hat, scarf, and gloves and then dig into a bag. Once they find a candybar they start unwrapping it until they get it unwrapped or somebody else gets doubles and then they put the candy down and hand over the clothes they put on. Keep going till all the candybars are unwrapped!

Let me know if you have any questions!

Another fun game we have played is called house of fire. It reminds me a lot of bunco, but can include more people. I can't think of the exact rules, but I can ask my mom if you want!
